Absolutely in love with the pram liner! I bought the matching strap covers and a bronze head rest, which go together perfectly! We've received quite a few compliments while out and about. This is my 2nd time buying from Audrey & Me. 1st was for my son 7 years ago and this time is a surprise gift for my beautiful friend who just had her baby girl. The quality of the pram liner, the sewing, the finishing - they are just very refined and definitely a 5 stars. The selection of fabric was amazing, with now having wool and other thermal footmuff. I purchased the custom pram liner for my Nuna Trvl. The quality is exceptional, with extra comfort for my little one. The best thing is that being a spewy baby, I can just chuck in a gentle wash and it’s good to go again! Also, it’s a lot more affordable than other custom pram liners on the market too! Definitely recommend :)
So happy with my purchase of the pram liner and accessories. I love how it was made to order, to fit my pram perfectly. I also love how there was a variety of high quality fabric designs that I could choose from and mix and match with. I would highly recommend!
After placing my order and hearing nothing for four weeks, I politely asked for an update. When I still received no response, I opened a dispute with my bank. Only then did the company reply. A few weeks later, the products finally arrived, and I was asked to make the payment again—which I did.
To my shock, weeks later my bank informed me that the sender had attempted to charge my account again, even though they had already received my new payment. No apology, no explanation—just silence.
This feels like a complete scam and is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
The team from Audrey and me were nothing short of amazing. Answering all my questions and concerns, I have a baby bee which is not a “typical” pram. Which meant I thought I’d need a customised liner. They recommended a similar pram size and it fit perfectly, they know their stuff when it comes to prams.
